Principles of the proposed method:

  • Viruses contain proteins and nucleic acids in a form of RNA ribonucleic acids. They also contain atoms of carbon, oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, phosphorus, sulphur
  • RNA includes adenine, cytosine, guanine, thymine
  • The match of resonance-fluorescence spectral maxima and Raman scattering of nitrogenous bases of studied samples and COVID-19 test samples indicates the presence of a virus in a studied sample.
